You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.This Includes shipping time.

Special Orders Or Quantity's Sold That Exceed Normal Stocking Range, Are Non-Returnable.

Je Rc Products will not honor returns or exchanges if the item has been sold to another person or persons.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please provide a copy of receipt.
Je Rc Products reserves the right to inspect all return packages prior to any refund or exchange (less Original Shipping) to ensure the item is in a resale condition.Je Rc Products reserves the right to charge a 15% Restocking and/or Repackaging fee.
All items should be packed to assure no damage is incurred during shipping. Je Rc Products is not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process, or for packages shipped to, but not received by Je Rc Products (lost in transit). Please insure packages and avoid shipping methods of carriers that do not provide tracking.
When applicable, the customer is responsible for all brokerage fees, duties and taxes associated with the service and shipment of product.

Damaged Package Claims
If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package). Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. We will most likely request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification. Je Rc Products may also require that photos be taken of damaged packages and or parts for inspection purposes. Photos of damaged goods will help us expedite the process and provide a better resolution.
If you receive an item that is defective, please contact Us immediately by Contact Us, email or phone. Manufacturer's in some situations, may prefer to handle the issue directly and Je Rc Products will not be able to offer a solution other than providing contact information. In any case, we will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
